Ms. Foster originally joined the firm in 1997 as a Certified Legal Assistant. While working for the firm full time, Ms. Foster attended law school, graduated at the top of her class, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in early 2006. Prior to her admission to the Florida Bar, Ms. Foster served principally as Mr. Barker's Legal Assistant, acquiring extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation, real estate, corporate matters and business bankruptcy.

Ms. Foster concentrates on Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship and Elder Law in her practice, although she continues to work extensively in the areas of contracts, business formation, ongoing business practices and real estate.
