Mr. Barker is a former Assistant State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida. He was the supervising partner of the business law department of a major Jacksonville law firm before beginning the sole practice that became part of his present firm.

Mr. Barker offers a strong trial practice background with extensive experience in business and commercial law and litigation. He is a retired U.S. Naval Reserve Captain in the Judge Advocate General's Corps.  

Mr. Barker is the Managing Attorney of the firm. He is an AV Preeminent Practitioner (Martindale-Hubbell).
