Mr. Slott represents principals and lenders in business transactions which include sales, acquisitions, mergers and business planning matters. He also concentrates in matters relating to real estate, construction liens and bonds, estate planning and trusts, commercial litigation and eminent domain.

Mr. Slott is a Florida certified mediator and conducts case mediations on a regular basis. He has served as Chairman of a Florida Bar grievance committee and as Chairman of the Jacksonville Bar Association television panel committee. Prior to the establishment of this law firm, he was a partner in a former major Jacksonville law firm.
